In 2002, Mr. Zou, our Chairman and CEO joined Morris Group Co., Ltd. ("Morris PRC", formerly known as Haining Mengnu Group Co., Ltd.). He set up the furniture products manufacturing business in Morris PRC and started producing sofa covers as an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) for export to USA.

 

Gaining continuous success of our production and sales business, we gradually expanded our business model with integrated operations.

 

In 2015, Morris PRC transferred its furniture division to Morris Holdings Limited (the "Company") and its subsidiaries (together with the Company form our Group).

 

On 12 January 2017, Morris Holdings Limited (“Morris”; stock code: 1575.HK) commenced trading of its Shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

2002	Mr. Zou joined Morris PRC and was responsible for daily operation, setting up sofa and other furnitures’ business, and development and expansion of international market.
2003	Haining Research and Development Centre was set up.
2004	Haining Gelin Furniture Co., Ltd. was established to operate businesses of manufacturing and sales of upholstered sofas.
2005	• Mr. Zou became the vice chairman and general manager of Morris PRC.
	• Haining Morris Home Gallery Co., Ltd. was established to operate businesses of manufacturing and sales of motion sofas.
2010	• We expanded our business model from OEM to ODM.
	• Our sofas were showcased at High Point Market in North Carolina, USA.
2012	Mr. Zou became the chairman of Morris PRC.
2013	• “Morris Holdings Limited” brand was launched for our sofas exported to customers in USA.
	• The construction of our production facility in Cambodia was commenced.
2014	“Morris Zou” brand was launched for our sofas and wood based furniture products sold in China.
2015	Morris PRC transferred its furniture division to our Group.
2017	• On 12 Jan, Morris Holdings Limited (stock code: 1575.HK) commenced trading on HKEx Main Board
