Manufacturing process of our sofa covers and sofas
Manufacturing
Manufacturing of sofas starts from design, pattern drawing and cutting, procurement of raw materials. After inspection of incoming materials, the production process is divided into different streams: wood is cut, assembled and polished to form frames of sofas; leather and fabric is cut and sewn to make sofa covers. Some of the sofa covers are exported to our overseas customers directly, the rest of them are assembled with other parts to produce the final sofa product. Throughout the production process high degree inspection takes place at every stage for quality control.
